Caracol Cleaning Services, LLC. values and appreciates your home and business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.
We have implemented a variety of updated cleaning and policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our cleaners, and the effectiveness of our cleaning.
Payment for Services:
Money Order (Please make checks payable to (Caracol Cleaning Services, LLC.)
Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through PayPal)
Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through Square)
Please Note ** If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you are not available or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Bookings and Cancellations
A $50 fee is required to secure your reservation. This fee will be credited towards the amount of your total bill. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time-frame.
We ask that you please provide us with a 24 hours notice of cancellation. No refunds will be provided for reservations that are cancelled in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We understand that life happens; therefore, we are willing to make an exception. We will credit your account the $50 fee towards any service made within 30 calendar days of your cancelled appointment. This will be considered a one-time courtesy. Should an appointment not be made within the 30 (calendar) days time-frame, client will forfeit $50.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
If you or anyone in your family was recently diagnosed with COVID-19, gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
For marketing purposes, we take before and after images of the businesses and homes we service. This is to familiarize prospective clients with our work. Rest assured that we will keep all personal and identifying factors out of the images to respect your privacy.
Also, we do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
Caracol Cleaning Services, LLC. never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to our team. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A review of you expressing your appreciation for our services on Yelp or Google can mean a great deal.
